The purpose of an interview is to select the right person for the right job who will be able to successfully complete the task given to him within the stipulated time. The process of interview includes a sequence of tests which might be classified into various rounds such as written, oral and even computer-based. These different tests will enable the interviewer select the right candidate for the job. The candidate will have to walk in for the interview with their resume and necessary documents to support their statement. The interviewer does a thorough revision of the resume and might ask any questions regarding that.
The candidate should be clear about why he needs the job and what makes him think that he is the right person for it. The person should be capable enough to maintain a good relationship between the authorities and the subordinates and also be able to achieve those targeted goals of the employer.
